My Utah birdie came via the newly renovated Entrada at Snow at Snow Canyon. Holes 13 and 14 are back to back drivable par 4’s. I hit a perfect drive that was 10 feet short of the green. Made a perfect chip and the ball was inside 5 feet with a straight up hill birdie putt. I decelerated my stroke with the putter and left the face open and missed the putt to the left. I go to the 14th and hit a great drive but it misses the intended landing area by around a foot. If it would of hit this, it would of trickled down a bank to just on the green. Instead this left a awkward lie that would make chipping the ball down hill to a sloping away green. I landed the ball just on, and it ran away leaving a putt that was over 30 feet that was up hill and snaking around some ridges in the green. Statistically, a 2 putt is what is going to happen. So I didn’t spend much time over this reading the putt, make a great stroke and it snakes around all the undulation and drops in the hole! What a shock! I played the one hole perfectly couldn’t get it in the hole. Play this one not as the course architect has dictated and steal a birdie.
