After landing in Vegas and waiting for 2 hours for a rental car, I drove up I-15 to play the Palms Course. This course is just inside the Arizona border. I was rushing trying to get started before it got to late. I take my clubs apart when I travel to help avoid any possibility of the airline breaking them during loading. On the first tee, par 5. I put my the head to my driver on hit a drive down the middle. I have about 210 left to go to the flag. This is my hybrid. I find the head and put the shaft in and screw it tight. Hit a good shot that is just short of the green. I pitch it to pin high and about 5 feet left. I make the putt! I think from now on I’ll take my clubs apart and put them back together before every shot 🙂
