Friendship

Texas was extremely frustrating for me. My him was starting to bother me. I made sure to rest and ice it up on my 2nd night there. The third day, I was able to play with a friend at Shadow Hawk. I played all day. We caught up to a group of attractive women that were kind enough to let us play through on the 14th hole. Of course the pressure of playing through a group, let alone attractive women, I was extra focused and hit the best drive of the trip. Hit a good 2nd shot that left me about 120 yards out. The adrenaline rush from the tee box had left already. I left my approach shot about 30 feet left of the green. I decide to hit a pitch and land it just on and let it roll down the green. The shot is exactly what I envisioned in my imagination. And to cap it off, I got to hear that wonderful sound of the ball hitting the flag and dropping in the hole! I through my wedge up in the air in celebration and gave my trademark double fist pump. That made me forget about that stupid hip again for a few minutes.
